Injury Information
Severe burns, amputation, and broken bones are all examples of injuries that have the power to alter the course of a person's life. When such injuries are caused by negligence or wrongdoing on the part of another person or a company, it's time to see justice served. Survivors of catastrophic injuries have the right to hold at-fault parties accountable in civil court, pursuing compensation for their medical treatment, physical therapy, ongoing care, and everything else it will take to help them rebuild. This includes lost earnings as well, plus loss of potential wages or benefits. Compensation can also be pursued for emotional trauma, such as pain and suffering. This cannot erase what happened, but it can make a significant difference in a survivor's ability to move on.
