Biography

Danny Cassee grew up in Novato, California. He spent most of his early years onstage, performing as an actor and hip-hop dancer. After receiving his undergraduate degree at Chapman University, Danny lived and worked in Houston, Texas, where he fell in love with the vibrant multicultural community, the excellent food, and the optimistic spirit of the city.

Next, Danny attended the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings). While in law school, Danny was on the executive board of the UC Law SF Plaintiffs’ Law Association, and he was a Staff Editor of the UC Law Journal, the school’s flagship law review. He won CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in two classes, Civil Procedure and Legal Research & Writing, awards which designated him as the top student in each class. He also received the Keith Ferguson Admiralty Law Award. He graduated magna cum laude in 2024.

After graduating, Danny moved back to Houston to work at Arnold & Itkin. Since joining, he played a key role in the trial team that won a $78 million verdict for a man who contracted non-Hodgkin's lymphoma after using the herbicide Roundup for over 20 years. Today, Danny is dedicated to representing clients in personal injury, maritime law, and wrongful death cases.

When he’s not working, Danny enjoys watching classic cinema, jamming out to R&B and rock music, running at Buffalo Bayou Park, and spending time with his beautiful fiancée Jackie.
