Biography
At Arnold & Itkin, Trevor’s practice focuses primarily on matters involving catastrophic personal injury, maritime and offshore cases, premises liability, and wrongful death. Trevor has handled cases for individuals injured in plant explosions, workers on drilling rigs both on land and in the Gulf of Mexico, clients who have suffered from severe burn injuries, as well as cases involving devastating drowning incidents, wrongful deaths, medical malpractice, and workplace injuries. Trevor is prepared to do whatever it takes to fight for his clients.
Trevor was born and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana. He received his high school diploma from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. After completing high school, Trevor played baseball as a collegiate athlete and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Trevor graduated Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law-Houston.
Since joining Arnold & Itkin, Trevor has been recognized with numerous awards for his work, including being named a Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers, being part of the trial team that secured a Top 10 Verdict in Texas in 2023, and securing a Top 50 Verdict in Texas in 2022 as lead trial counsel. Trevor has also been part of trial teams that secured some of the largest settlements in Texas history. Specifically, Trevor was part of the trial teams that secured record settlements in the amount of $154 million related to a Texas plant explosion, $34.35 million in a trucking incident on a Florida Interstate, $32 million related to a crane collapse on a Texas interstate, $13.45 million related to a railroad employee who was injured while working, and $8 million for the family of a child who as tragically lost in a drowning incident in Houston.

- $1 million policy limits settlement for an injured homeowner
He is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana both at the state and federal levels.
Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife, Elly, and their two daughters, Hadley and Sloane, as well as playing golf, watching college football, and riding horses.
