Our hearts go out to her family during this time.
Similar to Another Drowning at Margaritaville in 2019
This isn’t the first time that tragedy has struck at a Margaritaville resort. Arnold & Itkin filed suit in 2019 on behalf of a woman who lost her husband and young son at Margaritaville Water Park at Lanier Islands in Georgia. Her 9-year-old son was lost in the water, and her husband entered the water to search for him. Tragically, they both drowned. Our firm is heartbroken to hear that another family has been torn apart by a preventable accident at a Margaritaville resort.
Drowning is a tragedy, especially when a young child is the victim. It’s even worse when we know that both accidents could have been prevented.
The drowning injury lawyers at Arnold & Itkin are following this case closely as the investigation continues; we hope someone answers for this terrible incident.
