Case Filed for Houston Warehouse Worker Crushed by Forklift

Our client was working in a Floor & Décor warehouse in Baytown, Texas, when a forklift driver backed into him, crushing him against a pole. His injuries were catastrophic, including a detached and ruptured bladder, five pelvis fractures, and a right hip fracture. Our client, who is a husband and father of three, required multiple surgeries and a blood transfusion to treat his injuries.
