Case Filed For College Student Injured in Car Crash at Restaurant
We have filed suit on behalf of a college student who was hit by a car when it crashed through a window at the restaurant he was enjoying a meal at.
The cement bollards, meant to protect the building from traffic, were placed too far apart, allowing the car to pass between them and hit the building.
Because of this failure, our client suffered serious injuries.
“Our client should have been completely safe from all traffic next to the restaurant he was visiting,” our premises liability attorneys said in a statement. “Our team at Arnold & Itkin will do whatever it takes to hold those responsible for the bollards accountable for our client’s injuries.”
This suit was filed in Harris County.
