Case Filed For Customer Injured Due To Improper Warning
Arnold & Itkin recently filed suit on behalf of a man who was forced to move heavy hoses by himself without help or proper equipment.
Companies delivering equipment like these hoses should warn customers about whether manually transporting equipment could be dangerous or, alternatively, offer assistance in moving it. Because the delivery company failed on both of these fronts, our client was injured.
“Our client was put in a dangerous position when he had to manually move heavy hoses without any warning of their weight. With proper warning, he could have brought the necessary equipment or gotten help. Instead, he was left to fend for himself and was injured as as result. We look forward to fighting for justice.”
