Case Filed for Refinery Worker Who Was Trapped in Confined Space
Arnold Itkin attorneys Jason Itkin and Trent Shelton filed suit last week on behalf of an injured refinery worker.
Our client had been told by the company that a confined space was safe to enter, but unbeknownst to him, a tray inside of that confined space was not locked into place. He was trapped until help arrived, and he had to be winched out. This injured husband and worker had to spend several days in the hospital to recover for this avoidable accident and is now still dealing with pain in his ankle and right knee.
"This incident was easily preventable had the company ensured the confined space was safe prior to our client entering it. They failed to do so, and as a result, our client suffered significant, life-altering injuries. We look forward to seeking the justice he deserves."
This was filed in Harris County.
