Cases Filed for Clients Injured in Hit-and-Run Accidents
Arnold & Itkin hit-and-run attorney Logan Wexler recently filed suit on behalf of clients who were injured in separate accidents caused by inattentive drivers who tried to get out of their responsibility to take care of the people they hurt.
In one accident, workers were on their way to a job when they were rear-ended by a tow truck driver. The crash was so severe that they suffered significant spine injuries, but the tow truck driver tried to convince them not to call the police, saying “we will take care of it.” They did not, and now we are seeking justice on behalf of our clients.
“This is another great example of why our job is necessary. Insurance companies do not care about their own customers, let alone someone who is not their customer,” Attorney Wexler said in a statement.
In another instance, a woman on her way to work taking care of young children was sideswiped by an inattentive truck driver who attempted to flee the scene. As a result of this accident, she now suffers from neck pain, head pain, and leg injuries. Despite these injuries, our client chased down the truck driver and called the police.
“Hit-and-run accidents are a clear example of consciousness of guilt. This driver knew he had done wrong, and instead of facing the facts, he chose to run away,” Attorney Wexler said.
We look forward to finding justice for our clients in their time of need.
