Family of Four Seriously Injured, Children Burned in Truck Accident

Arnold & Itkin recently filed suit on behalf of a Texas family of four who were seriously injured in a truck accident when an 18-wheeler dangerously crossed over their lane.

The family, including two young children under the age of three, required immediate emergency medical treatment for their injuries. On top of the head, neck, and back injuries that all four family members suffered, the children were also burned in the crash.

This catastrophic accident was completely preventable. “As a father myself, any time children are injured I make it my mission to right the wrongs committed against such innocent members of our society,” our Midland truck accident attorney said in a statement.
