Industrial Worker Permanently Injured by Exposure to Nitrogen & Chlorine
Arnold & Itkin has filed suit on behalf of a worker who was severely injured when he was exposed to toxic gases, including chlorine and nitrogen.
Our client was performing valve work on an industrial line that was supposed to be free from harmful materials when the incident occurred. As a result of his exposure to the toxic gases, our client suffered permanent damage to his lungs and cannot speak properly. His condition will most likely be lifelong, affecting every part of his life and his ability to not only provide for his family but also to take part in the activities he once enjoyed.
“We are proud to represent this loving father and husband in his lawsuit against a massive company that egregiously allowed a false lockout/tagout to ruin his lungs and voice permanently,” said our attorneys in a statement. “We literally do our best to give voice to the voiceless, and we look forward to securing justice for this provider and father.”
Our industrial injury attorneys will fight to secure fair compensation for this man’s life-altering injuries to help him and his family piece together their broken world and move forward.
