Representing Employee Injured Due to Not Being Provided Adequate Equipment

Arnold & Itkin is representing a new client, a forklift operator who was seriously injured after his employer instructed him to physically lift heavy materials without first supplying the proper training, personnel, or tools that our client needed to perform the job safely. This husband and father suffered neck and back injuries, including bulging L4-L5 discs.
