Representing Floor Hand Seriously Injured at Fracking Site
Arnold & Itkin is representing a floor hand who was seriously injured while working on a fracking site in West Texas.
Our client was directed to hold a 30,000 lb piece of machinery by hand and, when the machine stalled, was dragged across the ground because his glove was caught in the mechanics. He suffered serious injuries to his hand, arm, neck, and back as a result.
This accident put our client at serious risk, and now he is struggling to recover from his own injuries while also trying to care for his mother, who is battling cancer.
“We are happy to assist our client in his journey to hold those responsible for his injuries fully accountable for their failures. These companies put him in a terrible and dangerous situation without giving him the tools to do his job safely. We will do whatever it takes to hold those companies responsible,” our work injury attorneys said in a statement.
