Representing Patient Who Was a Victim of Sexual Assault

Arnold & Itkin attorneys Jason Itkin and Trent Shelton filed a suit last week against a behavioral health center in Cameron County on behalf of a minor girl who was raped by an employee of the company. This employee had already raped another individual while working at this behavioral health center. The owner of this facility utterly failed to provide a safe space to our client, a girl who was there to get help.

"This is one of the most tragic cases that you can imagine. Our client was at a facility seeking help when she turned into a victim of this tragedy. The employee also raped another young girl during the same time period, and I would not doubt if other individuals have been victims of this employee's behavior," our attorneys said in a statement.
