Representing Plant Worker Injured in Fall

Arnold & Itkin has filed suit on behalf of a plant worker who was injured on the job. Our client was working on a platform at a plant when it gave way, causing him to fall many feet to the ground.

Because the company failed to make basic repairs to the platform, the young man suffered severe injuries. He was trapped for 40 minutes before rescue crews were able to free him.
