Representing Seaman Injured on Dredging Vessel
Arnold & Itkin attorneys Jason Itkin and Trent Shelton have filed suit on behalf of an injured seaman.
Our client was working aboard a dredging vessel in the Sabine Pass when the captain failed to control the vessel, as he was in a rush to move it to another location. Because of the captain’s negligent actions, our client suffered serious and life-altering injuries.
“Far too often, we see maritime companies putting profits over the safety of their employees,” our maritime attorneys said in a statement.
We look forward to holding the captain and his employer accountable for our client’s injuries.
This case was filed in Jefferson County.
