Our client, a 21-year-old roustabout, was driving on a Texas road when he was struck by an 18-wheeler. The force of impact caused his vehicle to slam into another 18-wheeler, and the vehicles burst into flames. Our client had to be taken by ambulance to a local emergency room for immediate treatment. He experienced catastrophic injuries, including a broken nose, eye socket, and cheekbone, as well as other severe trauma.
