Representing Worker Injured by Fire Hydrant
Arnold & Itkin’s premises liability lawyers have filed suit on behalf of a man who was seriously injured when a plate from a fire hydrant broke and shot pressurized water at him while he was working nearby.
Premises owners owe it to the people who work at their properties to keep the jobsite free from hazards like the faulty fire hydrant.
“Equipment must be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure it is safe to work around. Over time, components can wear out and create hazards for the people who work around that equipment. The plate from the fire hydrant should not have broken off, and our client paid the price for its failure,” our attorneys said in a statement.
This case was filed in Harris County. We look forward to fighting for justice on behalf of our client.
