Representing Worker Severely Burned in Plant Explosion

Arnold & Itkin’s Baton Rouge, LA catastrophic injury attorneys filed suit on behalf of a man who was severely burned in an explosion at The Dow Chemical Company’s plant in Louisiana.

Our client was the main provider for his mother and two brothers, and he was working as a fire watch at Turner Industries. In the explosion that rocked the plant where he worked, he was knocked out and suffered burns on his lower stomach and face.
