Representing Young Worker Who Suffered Frostbite on the Job

Arnold & Itkin is representing a client who was seriously injured because his employer placed him in harm's way without providing protective equipment and training.

A laborer in the food industry, our client was exposed to extremely cold conditions at his work for an extended period of time without being given the proper protection for those conditions nor the training on how to handle those demands placed on him. As a result, this young man suffered frostbite to this toes and foot, serious injuries that were thoroughly preventable if the employer hadn't been negligent. We are proud to represent our client in his journey to hold those responsible for his injuries fully accountable.
