Suit Filed for Medical Student Injured in Uber Accident

Arnold & Itkin’s Uber accident attorneys recently filed suit on behalf of a young medical student who was seriously injured when their Uber driver acted rashly and caused a collision.

The Uber driver missed his turn and, rather than drive further to an intersection where he could make a safe and legal U-turn, he reversed into oncoming traffic and violently struck another vehicle.
