Suit Filed For Worker Injured in Fall From Ladder

Arnold & Itkin has filed suit on behalf of an employee who worked for a company that failed to provide proper tools, equipment, and training to its team to help prevent falls on the job.

Our client was working on a building’s gutters atop a ladder when he fell from a height. Because his employer did not provide the necessary tools to keep him and his team safe, he was seriously injured as a result of the fall.
