Suit Filed for Worker Severely Burned During Construction of Universal Kids in Frisco, TX

Arnold & Itkin has filed suit on behalf of a worker who sustained second and third-degree chemical burns during the construction of Universal Kids Frisco.

Our client, a devoted husband and father, was working as a helper on a storm pipe crew. The storm pipe was supposed to be clean and free of any substance when our client was doing his work. However, unbeknownst to him, the pipe contained a dangerous chemical that significantly burned his skin. He sustained second and third-degree burns and was in the burn unit for about 5 days. He had to receive multiple grafts on his legs.

“This was a totally preventable incident,” said our attorneys in a statement.

“The fact that it happened demonstrates a breakdown of very simple safety precautions that the defendants could have and should have taken to prevent our client from getting horrific burns. We look forward to fighting for our client and getting to the bottom of who is at fault.”

Our Dallas catastrophic injury lawyers are proud to represent this man and seek justice for him.

The case was filed in Dallas County, Texas.
