Truck Driver Requires Back Surgery After 18-Wheeler Accident

Arnold & Itkin attorney Logan Wexler recently filed suit on behalf of a truck driver who was seriously injured in a preventable accident with another 18-wheeler.

Our client was merging into traffic, driving the speed limit, when a semi-truck slammed into the back of his own truck, causing severe neck and back injuries. He has since needed surgery on his lumbar spine, and his life will never be the same.

18-wheelers are the largest vehicles on the road, which also makes them among the most potentially dangerous. When operators drive them recklessly, innocent and law-abiding citizens like our client are the ones who pay the price.
