5 AI Attorneys Named to 2024 Texas Rising Stars List

It’s a testament to our firm’s approach that some of our most accomplished litigators are still early in their careers. Going all-in for plaintiffs and exhaustively preparing for trial has transformed our young associates into senior leaders and well-known plaintiff advocates. It’s also a reflection of our origins: Kurt and Jason were early in their careers when they founded Arnold & Itkin, but they have since built one of the country's most dynamic and accomplished personal injury law firms. 

So we were thrilled to hear that 5 of our attorneys were named to the 2024 list of Texas Rising Stars from Super Lawyers:

The Texas Rising Stars list is created through a rigorous selection process designed to eliminate bias, evaluating attorneys across a dozen professional indicators in more than 70 practice areas. Nominated attorneys are assigned a point value for their professional achievements, verdicts and settlements, contributions to the legal professional or the local community, and other indicators of legal excellence. 

The selection process is nearly identical to the renowned Super Lawyers list, but the Rising Stars list has two additional limitations: eligibility is limited to attorneys either under 40 years old or in practice for less than 10 years. The list is limited to 2.5% of practicing attorneys in each state.
