Case Filed for Louisiana Chemical Plant Worker with Burn Injuries
Led by Noah Wexler, our team of work injury lawyers at Arnold & Itkin is representing a client who was severely burned while working at a plant in Louisiana.
Our client is a husband and father who worked as a scaffold builder at a chemical plant. He suffered life-altering burns to his feet and legs after that plant—and the companies working inside the plant—all failed to ensure that their property and the chemicals with which they were working were being properly handled, stored, and manipulated. Because of these companies’ multiple, serious failures, our client suffered severe burns that have required and will continue to require extensive medical treatment, which has included skin grafts.
“Our team is working very hard to ensure that those responsible for this terrible incident are held fully accountable for their failures. Companies have a responsibility to ensure that their worksite and the chemicals they are working with are handled appropriately and safely. The companies in this incident failed to do just that,” said an attorney on the case.
Our Louisiana injury attorneys look forward to getting justice for our client.
