Case Filed for Truck Driver Killed During a Delivery

Arnold & Itkin has filed a suit on behalf of a truck driver’s widow and young child. The truck driver had been delivering pipes to a facility in Wolf Creek, Montana, when the facility's forklift driver at the site knocked the pipes off of a trailer, and the pipes sadly crushed the truck driver to death.

While the deceased truck driver and his family are from Houston, Texas, this case was filed in Fargo, North Dakota, where the facility owner is headquartered.
