Lawsuit Filed Against Amazon for HVAC Maintenance Worker’s Injury

Attorney Trent Shelton of Arnold & Itkin has filed a lawsuit in Bexar County, Texas on behalf of a worker who was injured while performing HVAC maintenance at an Amazon facility. The worker sustained injuries after falling all the way down a set of stairs that was known to be grossly out of code. Despite being aware of the hazard, Amazon took no action to correct the issue or protect its workers.
