Representing Texas Man Seriously Injured By Inattentive Truck Driver
Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Caj Boatright, Roland Christensen, and Claire Schindler recently filed suit in Harris County for a Texas man who was severely injured in a multi-car crash on IH-35 in San Antonio.
The crash was caused by a negligent commercial truck driver, who failed to pay attention to surrounding vehicles while driving on the highway. Driving an 18-wheeler is a tremendous responsibility due to the sheer size and weight of these vehicles. As some of the largest vehicles on the road, 18-wheelers can weigh up to 80,000 pounds when fully loaded, making them significantly more dangerous in the event of a crash.
Given the dangerous potential in a crash involving an 18-wheeler, safe driving practices are not just a professional obligation but a moral one. Truck drivers must prioritize the safety of themselves, their cargo, and, most importantly, the other drivers on the road.
Due to the truck driver’s reckless actions, our client sustained significant injuries to his legs, neck, back, and other extensive trauma that has required invasive surgeries and continuous medical treatment. These injuries have dramatically impacted his life, leaving him in chronic pain and uncertain about his ability to return to work.
Our truck accident attorneys are determined to ensure our client receives full compensation for his medical expenses, lost wages, and the emotional and physical suffering he has endured. We will fight relentlessly to bring justice to our client and ensure that those responsible are held accountable for their actions.
