Representing Woman Injured By Commercial Driver

The accident occurred when the driver failed to make a safe turn. This failure can result from various factors, including a lack of proper training, driver distraction, or a disregard for traffic laws. Such actions not only jeopardize the safety of the driver but also that of every road user. In this case, the commercial driver's failure to navigate the turn safely led to catastrophic results, inflicting severe injuries upon an innocent person.

Due to the recklessness and inattentiveness of the commercial driver, our client suffered catastrophic injuries to her neck, back, head, and other parts of her body. Her recovery has already required invasive and extensive medical treatment.
