Suits Filed for Truckers After Forklift Lifted & Dropped Their Truck—While They Were Inside

Attorney Trent Shelton of Arnold & Itkin has filed suit on behalf of two truck drivers who were seriously injured on the job. While our clients' vehicle was parked and unloading its cargo, a forklift operator picked up the entire truck and dropped it from a height.

The force of the drop was so strong that two of the truck's tires popped upon impact.

One of our clients, who was sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle, struck his head on the windshield and injured his back.

Our other client, who was lying down in the sleeper berth of the truck, was thrown to the ground and severely injured,
