Case Filed for Worker Who Lost Consciousness from Chemical Exposure

Arnold & Itkin attorneys Kurt Arnold, Roland Christensen, Alec Paradowski, Jim Long, and Daniel Moreno filed suit on behalf of a man who was injured in a workplace accident. Our client was on the clock when he got into a tanker trailer and lost consciousness due to dangerous residues that deprived him of oxygen.
When companies deliver tanker trailers that have harmful chemicals and residues, they must communicate the danger to the company receiving the tanker trailer so that they can take the necessary precautions to protect themselves.
“Companies that use hazardous chemicals have safety data sheets that explain the dangers of exposure. When companies use these chemicals, they have to communicate with our companies about those dangers. This incident could have been and should have been prevented. Instead, our client is having problems performing simple tasks like brushing his teeth. When people suffer devastating injuries, we are always ready to fight for justice, and I look forward to working with our team at Arnold & Itkin do everything the law allows for our client,” said one of our lawyers working on this case.
Our work injury attorneys look forward to holding the people responsible for our client’s life-changing injuries accountable for their failures.
