Celebrating Jason Itkin: 2025 Mass Tort Trial Lawyer of the Year

Our very own Jason Itkin has been honored as Mass Tort Trial Lawyer of the Year by the National Trial Lawyers.

Jason was recognized alongside his friend and fellow trial attorney, Tom Kline of Kline & Specter. This prestigious award not only confirms Jason’s remarkable trial skills but also acknowledges his dedication to helping people in need.

Mass tort cases involve individuals who have been injured by the same company or product. The cases frequently involve the world’s largest chemical and drug companies. Holding these mega-corporations responsible requires the “no matter what” mentality that Jason exemplifies every day.

Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated a commitment to fighting for people. Recently, Jason’s work for cancer victims against Monsanto over the dangers of Roundup has garnered national attention—especially his record-setting $2.25 billion verdict in the firm’s second trial. Jason’s determination to secure the best results for clients has not only changed lives, but also set critical precedents for consumer safety.
