Representing Family Whose Child Was Killed in a Head-On Crash

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Adam Lewis, and Claire Schindler filed suit in Brazos County for a family whose 9-year-old son was tragically killed in a motor vehicle collision.

The at-fault driver had recklessly overtaken another vehicle before hitting the family head on. In the crash that killed their son, the mother was severely injured as well. Under tragic circumstances, this bereaved mother has also had to undergo extensive and invasive medical treatment before starting the rehabilitation process. After surgery, the mother still has a scar on her head, and part of her head is numb, while her spinal fractures are still healing, even after spending a few weeks at a rehab facility. Even now, she still needs a wheelchair as she continues to heal and grieve at home.

No amount of money can undo or make up for the needless devastation this family has suffered from a terrible and preventable accident. They face mounting, long-term medical bills, as well as funeral and burial costs. This family should not have to pay for any of these expenses themselves, nor should they have to spend any of their time dealing with insurance companies.
