Representing Oilfield Worker Injured at Well Site

As the worker conducted his job duties, a heavy metal piece of equipment was dropped and fell on him. This accident was due to company negligence, specifically, through their unsafe work practices. As a result, our client suffered serious injuries to his back, including two cervical fractures. Not only will he continue to need medical care moving forward, but he also is owed compensation for those medical expenses as well as compensation for missed wages, pain and suffering, and his other losses that were the result of this oil company's failures.
