Representing Woman Severely Injured in Georgia Crash

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Roland Christensen, and Claire Schindler are filing suit in Dekalb County, GA for a woman who was severely injured in a commercial motor vehicle accident.
The crash and resulting catastrophic injuries were the result of a commercial motor vehicle driver changing lanes unsafely and striking our client’s vehicle. Because of the other driver’s negligence and inattentiveness, our client sustained serious injuries to her head, neck, back, and other parts of her body that have already required invasive and extensive medical treatment.
These injuries are not only painful and costly in and of themselves, but they also reduce our client’s capacity to keep up at her job. As a manufacturing manager, she typically would walk 16,000 to 18,000 steps a day, something that is not sustainable given her serious injuries.
When somebody else has caused the injuries that prevent someone from carrying out their jobs or inhibits their careers in any way, it is critical that the injured person receives adequate compensation. This means recovering financial damages that can cover not only their past and current medical bills and lost wages, but also their reduced earning capacity, short-term disability, or permanent disability, whatever the case may be.
Arnold & Itkin’s motor vehicle accident lawyers look forward to pursuing justice on behalf of this client.
