It was just hell for me.
 

We're working on some bows, I believe. We were on a scaffold. We were working near some tanks and then, all of a sudden, well, I heard a noise real loud, like—just a real ugly noise. It wasn't normal.

Then, all of a sudden, I just saw black smoke.

Then it just went quiet for like a second or two, and then just fire all over, just blowing real bad. Next thing you know, everybody just disappeared. Took off running. I saw a couple people burned. We made it to the front. There were people burned. They had people in wheelbarrows burnt up, like tore their coveralls, crying, and it was traumatizing. it was just hell for me at that time, you know?

From there, I didn't know what I was going to do.

I was hurt, I was nervous.

Pumping gas make me unsteady, kind of nervous, because it's gasoline. It's flammable and we're dealing with flammable stuff over there. Just things like that. Like jumping on the trampoline with my daughter, I couldn't do things like that. I would pass by like a refinery or something like that, you kind of start having flashbacks.
 

The company, they weren't really trying to help me. They weren't really trying to reach out to me at all or anything, so the best thing to do was to get a hold of somebody that could help me, which was Arnold & Itkin.

When I first came in to Arnold & Itkin, they treated me like family. I was sat down and asked me what I wanted to drink. I just felt real at home right away from the start. I felt like I could trust them, even though you can't really trust nobody, but I felt comfortable and that's something that I really don't feel often, you know? So that made an impact on me.

When you need something, they're always there. If you call them, hey man, I got a situation. Right away, there are emails. They're right there on top of everything that needs to be done, so I'm really happy with them and I do see them now as family because they've accomplished so much and they did so much for me.

I feel much better. I feel like I can move forward with my life.

I was looking at before all this, I was just looking at black, the tunnel. I'm like, what am I going to do? I'm nervous. What am I going to do with my life? Things are going to change. And now, I just feel a little bit better. I can move forward with my life and start fresh and just start a positive future moving forward.

I was extremely happy with the results. I feel like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I feel better.
